This website works without cookies, without analytics tools, and without embedded content from third-party providers. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server. Below is what data still arises and what we do with it.

Visiting the website

When you visit this site, our web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, referrer, and browser identifier. This serves to deliver the page and to secure our operations, for example to defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

The server is located in a data center operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union. We have a data processing agreement with Hetzner under Art. 28 GDPR.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your inquiry, for example to arrange a live demo. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a possible contract is involved, otherwise our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We store inquiries for as long as necessary for processing and as required by statutory retention periods.

Our email service is Microsoft 365 from Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., which acts as our processor. A transfer to the United States cannot be ruled out. It relies on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may object at any time under Art. 21 GDPR to processing based on our legitimate interest. Please write to info@autelligence.at. If you believe we are not processing your data lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
