We're four founders from Feldbach in Styria. Two of us led production and technical operations for years, two come from software and AI. AUTfactory grows out of exactly that mix.

Nine years as production manager at a large food industry company. There he led the digitalization of production and cut paper-based processes by around 80 percent.
Studied at the University of Graz with a focus on controlling.

Michael Ruckenstuhl
CSO
Ten years as technical operations manager in the food industry, more than twelve years of hands-on experience in maintenance and plant optimization overall.
Metal technician, maintenance manager, and REFA-qualified. Co-developed two prototype systems for the poultry industry.
Responsible for sales and customer relationships.
Christoph Gangl
CTO and CPO
Seven years building software for industrial companies: quality, inspection, and compliance systems for automotive and mechanical engineering.
Project management and standards-based inspection systems, from audits through FMEA to APQP.
Responsible for software development, architecture, security, and the product roadmap.
Niklas Hansen
CAO and CMO
Has worked with AI and automation for over three years. Around 30 client projects in Germany.
His YouTube channel explains AI for real-world work and has more than 7,000 subscribers.
Responsible for custom projects, marketing, and public presence.
